We Are Process Sports Management

WHO IS PSM?

Process Sports Management is an athlete representation and management company that provides legal services and representation to protect college and professional athletes in Name, Image, and Likeness negotiations.

Process Sports Management was founded by Joseph A. Frio Esq. who has developed an extensive understanding of NIL Law, NIL market values, the college recruitment process, and negotiating contracts through his professional experience as a lawyer, NFLPA certified agent, and football coach at Saint Joseph’s Preparatory High School in Philadelphia, PA.

The infancy of Name, Image and Likeness has created misinformation and confusion in the recruiting process, leaving many student athletes or their parents vulnerable to signing deals with NIL vendors or school collectives that are not in their best interest.

The mission of Process Sports Management is to ensure that all our clients are protected and informed through each step of their playing career. Our team of experienced legal, financial, accounting, and player development professionals works closely with each client. Our process-centric philosophy and detail-oriented approach to each service ensures that every client is equipped with the best plan to thrive in all areas of need.
